6. Dispatch & Delivery
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.
• We currently deliver within the UK only.
• Delivery is charged at a flat rate, which may increase depending on the size and weight of your order.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Once your order has been dispatched, Bath Butler is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
7. Issues With Your Order
If there is an issue with your delivery (including damaged or incorrect items), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We may request photo evidence and/or confirmation from the courier to verify that damage occurred during transit and not after delivery. Claims cannot be accepted without sufficient proof.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds will only be considered if:

• Your order was damaged in transit.
Refunds will not be issued for:
